Love this place. Excellent food, good service.
Only drawback is it's a hole in the wall, however it works and works well.
If your looking for "gluten free" go elsewhere. This is a greasy spoon. And one of the best in the GVRD no doubt.
Usually only one server I believe. No room for anymore.
Again, only slight drawback is the size of the place. That being said, it definitely won't hold me back from returning. -

It's not too shabby. I can definitely see why locals like to eat here. Been passing by this little joint for a while now, and finally pulled the trigger by going. The place looks a little sketchy at first, especially the lights. Constant light flickers were somewhat therapeutic after a while. Pricing was fairly decent, and also the service. Food was okay and portions we're good.
FYI bring cash(cash only) -

Best little gem in town!
Great food, great prices and most of all we always consistently get the best service. -

We enjoyed breakfast here. The food was good and averagely priced (but you get 4 slices of bacon where most places you get 3) they were constant busy but not to the point you felt ignored. Service was good and food was served quickly. The decor leaves a bit to be desired (old) but seriously is that why you go out for breakfast??

The Bad: Our food took 45 minutes to get to us. A burger and an omelette, and other people were getting their food ahead of us. Our waitress felt cold and impersonal, but fine I guess. The coffee was watered down. Only had Frank's Red Hot hot sauce, which is gross imo.
The Good: Good veggie burger selection for this type of restraunt, and great portions for a really good price. Shout out to the chef's for finding a good balance between greasyness and wholesomeness that I like in these type of places.
Summary: Good food, not sure if it was worth the wait.
